When Mr. Pink says to short something, he is right about 90% of the time. If you can't find the reason in the filings, that may simply be because the management is hiding something. Mr. Pink has said as much. He doesn't spell everything out, nor is he obligated too. He is some nut on the internet who is called Mr. Pink and imagines he's god, for crying out loud. I really don't have much doubt that EP will trade at $1 sooner rather than later. Consider the latest 10Q. They tout their great liquidity and then mention that, by the way, in the worst environment for selling pipelines ever, they plan to sell $2 billion in assets. That doesn't make sense.
