The Lost Continent By PAUL KRUGMAN Good Krugman column today. LindyBill has, repeatedly, tried to get us all interested in Latin American economic stuff. I've tried but eyes glaze over, etc. This column by Krugman says, in effect, we are not helping approve the IMF loan because of things Brazilian but because of Republican big money donors. Of course, Krugman would say that. But doesn't make it untrue.
