Charlie, I do not think their patents come to bear there much. They already took their best shot at TV receivers in the Mitsubishi suit ( though that had nothing to do with HDTV) and the nuisance counter suit cost them big time. According to Swamp Fox Charlie----who is certainly closer to the company info pipeline than I am ----their main patent targets are outlined in this post... Message 17114747 caveat emptor of course. I have no doubt they are trying..I have no idea whatsoever if they will succeed. They will have to succeed in a fairly large way to both move this stock over 1 and survive for the long run...
