Jeff you are right in the fact that I do not point out the downside,and I only talk of the home run we are going to have.Guilty!But,I have in my own mind made what I think is a very reasonable bet on an event ,theFDA,happening,which in my opinion will make me a lot of money.Sure there is risk,noone ever knows what the FDA will do,I have been horrendous in my timing,but if I eventually turn out to be right then the wait will have been worth it.The Avon situation isnt even worth discussing because it happened in 1989.Avon and CCSI had an agreement which Avon violated by taking the product overseas,when legally they couldnt.CCSI sued and won in 1994,it had nothing to do with the product working ,because it did,it was a contract issue,and CCSI won. There is always risk when dealing with the FDA,and if for some unforseen reason we were turned down it would not be pretty.But some times you have to trust your sources,when you have the trust in them that I do,because I do this for a living.My best guess is we are very late in the final review process and should hear yea or nea shortly,forget that I have been saying that for a long time,because we are really now in the final review process.The FDA is grading our paper and will tell us if we passed or failed very shortly.IF I thought the odds were not very heavy in our favor I would not be pushing so hard,because I invest in risk/reward perameters,and I have to in my own mind be convinced that if we win we get $25-$50 long term and if w elose I still have a viable company albiet at much lower prices short term,but if it is 18 up and 3-4 down I have to play.I don't need you or anyone else to buy this stock,why I am posting is because I meet very smart people on these boards who in turn give me guidance,ideas,help,research,contacts.I believe and invest very heavily in networking,and that is where my best ideas come fromIn closing I don't spend a lot of time about the rest of the business at the present time because investors short term will only care about FDA approval or not. |
