Decided to take another look at those numbers from July.

Based on the reported additions and the one reduction, as I wrote in the thread header, they printed $54.8 billion.

Strange though, when I looked back at the previous week, the one ended July 1st,
biz.yahoo.com

M-2 is listed as $5,606.8 billion

On July 29th, M-2 is listed as $5,667.1 billion.

The difference there is a $60.3 billion increase.

$60.3 minus $54.8

Oh, look; another $5.5 billion seems to have been misplaced, or not reported.
