Potential fundamentals. We are currently waiting for three separate judges to finalize jury verdicts that Pal has won. The judges, however, are the same ones that are handling the Enron and World com cases. Also one of these judges has just rule the US federal government's death penalty is unconstitutional. The courts should have made the determinations months ago. They are busy boys.
