Hey guys, While it's not a sector fund, wondering if anyone has any thoughts on FRESX (Real Estate). A top economist spoke at our association lunch yesterday - he said P/E trends were still off the charts on the high side (more downside potential) with a projection of less than 6% annually for equities over the next decade - ouch! Real estate's looking better every day. Kent
