You are closed-minded if you think you can't learn anything from your political opponents. I've probably learned more from my political opponents than from my fellow travelers. Preaching to the converted gets one nowhere.

Nothing I told you was news to you? Like Richard Nixon's interference with the 1968 Viet Nam peace negotiations that may have prolonged the war? Doesn't that disturb you that a conservative Republican interferred with peace negotiations and may have caused the death of 10,000s of American GIs? If it doesn't, I'm puzzled as to why.

Right wingers get all bent out of shape about Clinton fooling around with some intern (a relatively harmless act) and are unfazed by a President who may have unecessarily caused the death of 10,000s of American GIs in Viet Nam via his political interference with peace negotiations. I can't figure you people out?!? You don't seem to be objective about American history. Ho Hum! It's your life, not mine. I'm interested in finding out the truth of the matter of American history, not bending it to fit my political idealogy.
