If people are biased they probably wont institute the affirmative action programs that you support unless they are required to do so. Do you support pushing affirmative action on unwilling businesses, schools, and individuals by force of law? Tim, how can we argue this issue when you don't cop to your own bias......in this case, the more valuable shop should be saved no matter who pays for the police. I mean, if we apply your reasoning to people, then we have to conclude that with all things being equal, the guy who comes from a well off, politically prominent white family should be given preference over the guy from a poor, working class, minority family. ted
