Auric, do you know who Goldfinger really was? My wife and I stayed in Hampstead in London and down from the hotel there was a really ugly 3-plex at the bottom of the hill across from Hampstead Heath. What was remarkable about the place was it was a "National Trust" site and we questioned some locals about why it was on the list. Apparently, it was designed and lived in by Erno Goldfinger, who Ian Fleming knew, and became the model for you-know-who. What was remarkable about the house design was partly the downstairs parking garage, the first to utilize such a concept in row housing. We have altogether too many of these in North America now.
