Well, you are wrong, it does matter what Gore asked for. Because he asked for a special sort of re-counting only in places favorable to him, anyone in their right mind shouldn't want such a person as President, IMO. So far as I know, any recounting that has been done across all counties still shows Bush as the winner...Bush even gained votes where Gore was expected to gain, last I heard. Dan B
