Thanks!

I presently own 3 rental houses in the $150K range in S. Florida with no mortgages on them. But I have my home near Seattle with a substanial mortgage on it. What I am considering doing is shifting the level of debt on my home mortgage to my rental investment properties because I feel( maybe incorrectly) that the Taxes toward investment property is better than with personal property as it refers to deductable expenses, like mortgage costs and other areas.

Do you agree or have any thoughts on this issue. I have a few more areas of discussion if you are up to it.

Regards

Don
