re:Told you so. 1999-2002 capex depreciation is starting to hurt. Yeah, but its the same cap. ex. that will keep Intel's main competitor in the red for quarters to come. Intel's strategy is the right one. AMD stock should be printing less than $5 over the next couple of months as Intel continues to take share away. Also, AMD is hardly an attractive takeover target because of previous agreements Intel has in place over the manufacture of the x86 design. Any problems with Hammer & its literally "lights out".
