Bill H, I've got a bunch of buttons on the start bar, and more on the tool bar, but have become used to using the short cuts that icons provide. Since the cursor is usually somewhere in the middle of the screen, it is closer to the icons. Really, it's six of one, and half a dozen of the other. Anything we access on a frequent basis, is in a handy place to click.
