Hi Mike. Do you mean that the missing $5.5 billion might have been because they were removing soiled currency from the market?

I prefer to think there are three reasonable explanations.

1. I've just mis-read the numbers.

2. Like Sir Auric said, the numbers are always subject to revision.

3. The numbers have little to do with reality anyway.
