We're all responsible. But I'm not sure I want people held responsible, except where the actions and the chain of causality are clear- and of course where there is real harm. And I generally don't like crimes that involve "intention". I hate thought crime, and the idea of thought crime- so I don't care what people are thinking, or not thinking. I don't want to go there.
