Cooters, Thanks for the PCS web-site update. A few comments: 1. Hitachi P300 referenced as SP20 in earlier articles and posts. 2. Sanyo SCP-4900 is listed as a dual-band, but it does 800 MHz analog, not 1x. 3. Only 3 phones do 800 and 1900 MHz 1x and AMPS; Samsung SPH-A500, N400, and LG LX5350. IMHO the wide geographic roamer should consider getting one of these three. 4. According to www.phonescoop.com, all the phones have GPS. I found nothing about GPS on the Sprint site or on Samsung site either. Is Sprint following a "say nothing about GPS" policy, until reasonable support exists in the landline portion? 5. PDA, Pocket PC, and modem cards may not support GPS .. but I can't imagine why. 6. As a Sprint subscriber, I would be upset that the modems do not support 800 MHz. Less coverage roaming .. and should one change to Verizon .. another PC Card would need to be purchased. Oh well .. the cdmaOne card was the same way. Ron
