Which goes to the core of the dillemma. Guesswork and emotion is not the basis for sound foreign policy decisions. Evidence, if any exists, is required. Experience has taught me, as even some of this country's founders noted, not to blindly accept the word of any government, ever.

Show me the evidence; it will always be the backbone of any just society.
