But then again, I suppose they are doing their per capita share on pollution control etc, and not politely killing brides and grooms around the world.

To me, any discussion of Foreign Affairs stops with the moral high-horse, and starts with interests, maintained by balance of power, in order to please respective domestic street mobs.
