Hi Kathleen.... HEMX isnt followed by analysts, has no major partners, and has rather mysterious drugs with mechanisms of action that are so obscure that management makes little effort to try to describe them. Their drug Ampligen is in "open label" trials, meaning that there is no placebo control. Some patients will therefore "recover" and the stock will rise, briefly. But no one knows what causes CFS, and so its hard to believe this therapy will be effective. Overall, has a very bad smell, based on my 5 minutes of research. I wouldnt touch it. Just one man's opinion.
