I thought fido FRESX is basically a REIT which buys businesses not homes,..... well maybe some builders....if true, wouldn't it be better to buy GINNY MAE than FRESX...especially if economy sucks....I live in Rhode Island....market is hot as hell....houses selling in less than 1 week for more than asking price...appreciating 10% per year...BUBBLE???? btw, where is Julius??
