I have founded a event company in Augsburg/Bavaria. To my very surprise I achieve to "employ" a group of about 20 volunteers (which I do not pay). They do it as a "Praktikum", kind of apprenticeship, as most students pass such to great better jobs later, it's for the CV. What surprises me, is that no one complains for not being paid. They seem to have fun here. The company does not earn money either yet, not enough finished projects. So it's all equal at least. And I say, hey, when we earn money it will be shared but not earlier. Is that the new entrepreneurial approach? I sometimes wonder who earns money at all if it's not for an error...
