Just a heads up from the midwest. Hiring has been brisk in the furniture industry where I live. This is the first time in the past two years I've seen this. A friend of mine is refinancing AGAIN. He said he can get less than 6% on a 15 year loan and that this will free up considerable cash. Though I agree that the future may see some more weakness, I'm seeing signs of economic strength here FWIW. best... LIG
