Economics in One Lesson:

1) The ONLY way to pay down a national debt is to outgrow it. Any other government action leads to deflation and economic retraction, or debasement of the currency and economic instability (i.e., "stagflation").

2) The ONLY way to grow is to eliminated and/or minimize restrictions on capital and enterprise, including regulation, but especially the seizure of property through taxation.

3) This solution will always be fought tooth-and-nail by liberals because it reduces their power, and power is their obsession...
