If people are biased they probably wont institute the affirmative action programs that you support unless they are required to do so.

That's right.....and they are required by law to do so in certain instances. But everyone attacks Affirm. Action. The problem isn't with Affirm. Action, its with people and their prejudices. And then there are other people who don't like the gov't telling them what to do. So AA was borne out of necessity.

And you know what.........you get rid of Affirm. Action and let things go back the way they were, and my guess is this country will have racially motivated civil disturbances within say 20 years. After all, the race riots of the 60's helped prompt the passage of these laws in the first place. Clearly, the white bros didn't give up their power and riches easily.......it took some fear to get them moving. So get rid of AA and lets see what happens.
