nice try, but i think that linux is eating into unix servers rather than msft products. your ibm press release sort of nixed this last piece of propaganda by you.

that's 20% of ALL server computers, not even including UNIX computers shipped.....


well, ok, 20% of all server computers are linux, if you look at internet servers.... more than 40% more are Unix or other variants that are not MSFT servers......

Linux maybe eating into UNIX, the fact remains that more than 60% of all active internet servers are not made by MSFT, and that number of active internet servers is growing by about 1% average a month, ever since the code red worm came out..... slowing down recently because the code red worm is now old news...... but look out if another hacker makes short work of MSFT's "security initiative"

this is from netcrafts ability to find the server of nearly every website address...... not the IBM article...
