But it seemed to me that ahhaha contributions seemed limited to telling everyone else they were wrong and only he knew the truth.

Actually there was some good information in there and a good place for people to start asking questions. Ahhaha is probably the greatest living authority on the Federal Reserve. I've learned a great deal of what I know about how the Fed operates from him....but then I have a thick skin and when it comes to learning something about a subject that I'm interested in from someone who is an expert. And I don't get my knickers in a twist when they tell me what I know is all wrong, I ask them what part of what I know is wrong.

If you do a search on Google using the words Federal Reserve then follow some of those links you will come across a bizarre world of misinformation and myths about how the Fed works, who "owns" the Fed and what it's function is in the banking system. Some of which is published in some of the very books being sited here in this thread. One would have to go back very far indeed to get to information that hasn't been culled from other misinformation. That and have the kind of memory for detail that ahhaha has when it comes to remembering what was done by whom, when and what the results were.
