I agree....a .818 conversion....thought it was a misprint.

Under terms of the agreement, Novellus will swap 0.818 of its shares for each of SpeedFam-IPEC's shares. Novellus will also assume SpeedFam's 6 1/4% convertible subordinated notes due 2004 totaling $115 million. The deal has a total value of about $220 million, Novellus said.
