I hear you on Detroit and its suburbs, no offense intended
but Detroit's metro economy must have some vulnerability from being so closely linked to the city
profitless car sales from cashbacks and zero rate financing have to translate to hard times in local economies, despite the jobs

I think Ford will go bankrupt, bellyup within 2 years
their debt is about to be downgraded, in progress now
