When we went into Vietnam we had almost no support from the world community (our allies). It was a disaster. Iraq could be the same way. By the way, I don't recall Israel sending any soldiers to Vietnam, but I wouldn't know. Anyone know better? Of course there are lots of US Vietnam vets in Israel, but I'm asking about IDF members in Vietnam at the time they were IDF. -- Carl
