What about the alternatives?

I think it’s pretty safe to say that AFCO will quadruple within the next 5 years and represents a better investment than bonds, real estate, or mature stocks like General Motors, Intel, or Coca-Cola. But, are there technology companies that are even more undervalued?

Time-Warner Telecom (TWTC) might be a better deal. They made $40m of EBDA in the last 6 months and they might match that for the remaining half. If it’s worth 10x EBDA, the market cap should be $800m, or $7/share. If it reaches full value within 5 years, you’ll get an 8x return on your investment. Is it a better deal, or is 10x EBDA too much valuation for a company that must compete with bankrupt telecom scams?
