Interesing post, bb. Yes, we must always remember the water. The Turks just approved a sale of water to Israel, btw.

BTW Shwarzkopf poo pooed the Scud threat in western Iraq and did not create an effective battle plan to counter the threat. Turns out Scud attacks on Israel was Saddam's only effective weapon or tactic.

Sounds like a military man underestimating the political effects of a campaign?
