It appears that Billy Bob (or is that Jim?) still doesn't understand options. I didn't get my shares from thin air - I paid the exercise price to the company, plus Federal, State, FICA, and MediCare taxes on the gain.

All of those people complaining about the deficit should realize that new stock options expense laws means fewer (if any) new options grants, and thus no more taxes for the G.
