I believe the original was correct and the wire services got it wrong. I saw 0.818 and $25 NVLS price in the first link I checked. I then went back to the EARLIEST press release and it had the correct value of 0.1818 shares while the later releases were still wrong. What is funny is the wire services didn't issue "updated" releases but just went back and edited their mistakes... THAT sucks... either that or the original was wrong and it was still filtering through the editing system... but it seems dishonest to me to have a press release with a time and date and to later go back and edit it without saying what changed.
