Sure, there are some things that are impractical to do, because we cannot sacrifice the entire health care budget to a handful of cases, nor the entire economy to experimental procedures. Similarly, we are not guaranteeing a level of income that would obviate the need to find employment, or encourage turpitude. The limits are not always easy to define, but we must be aware that they exist......
