Unfortunately, I'm on holidays in Western Canada and won't don't have access to research materials, so I it will be a bit before I can reply to you post. But I will reply. And it will be a well-considered reply I hope. Regarding the "semblance of reasoning for my positions" (again, almost civil, but a good attempt), I have provided reasoning for some of my positions in past posts on this forum. And I can tell you're just itching to shoot holes through my analysis, so I look forward to providing you further opportunity to do so. However, my following reply to D.
