Tim, this is what I had said in one of my latest e-mails. I believe that we will be facing with violation of some civil liberties as the result of the terror attack, and it is not avoidable.

No body is above the law, take what it take. FBI should know something we do not know. I am sorry for Mr. Hatfil if he is innocent. But I believe the Fed. agencies should do whatever they can to make America safe.
