They've been a fave of Jeremy Grantham, he hyped 'em big last September in Barron's. His take is, you get the divi, and the assets can sit without depreciating (what the hell, they're TREES, the assets literally GROW if they're not being cut and sold). A good all-weather play, and of course an 8% dividend ain't bad in deflationary times, either. They got knocked down earlier this week on a boneheaded downgrade from UBS, so they're nice and cheap here....
