One of the seminars at the Expo was given by a long time bond trader in the CBOE pits and he told us something. You know that Rick Santelli guy who does the bond and treasury updates for CNBC from CBOE? He always gets so excited about the stuff....turns out he's never traded a bond or anything in the pits in his life. He's the laughing stock of the big bond traders in the pit and they use him as a contrarian signal in their trading. He he he... I thought it was pretty funny. Just goes to show you what the real big money traders think of the comedy channel.
