That this was the lowest volume in nearly 3 years(not counting 1/2 days), the action following the FED announcement will be positively wild as the traders trade and try to decide "is this good or is it bad?". When in fact it is neither(rate cuts have failed, it is a non-issue, spinsters want the cut to create a spin to rally market)LOL!
