I hope that someone else recalls this as well, but I am certain that at the AGM in 2000 RK said publicly during the Q&A session that a US partner would be announced BEFORE FDA would.

I understand that that was in 2000 and that things do change, but if this is still the intent, I would imagine we will see our Pennsaid dist partner signed and announced 1-2 days before we have an announcement on an approvable letter etc.

Does anyone have a transcript of the minutes from the AGM in 2000? I was perusing the web site and could not find the video of the Q&A, only the Info package. I did find however that they have to update the 'facts' page of their site which claims that 'THE COMPANY: Dimethaid Research Inc. (Ontario) holds Canadian patents to transdermal delivery technology and PENNSAID®; holds Canadian distribution rights to WF10 and related products; and owns 20% of Oxo Chemie.'
