Tim, If "past while" means the last week, then it is pretty simple. They warned last week and its a big miss. Still a bit overdone IMO, but I am careful as these things seem to come in waves. If "past while" means since Jan 02, then I would guess that concern over a general decrease in consumer spending/debt would be a major driver. I like BBY down here provided the earnings are solid. If we are just tapping out the growth curve from all the new stores over the past five years, well that could be bad for longs. I am watching and will take profits quick if it gets weak.
