Whatever... nobody wants a nuclear dump in their own backyard, not one state stepped forward asking for more nuclear waste to be shipped to them... and Congress gave them plenty of opportunity to volunteer. Even the South Carolina Governor (who's state has been home to US nuclear weapon development since the WWII time frame) threatened to post the SC state police at the borders to halt in-bound waste shipments.
