Czech, I agree that Hood and the former CFO are classics and should be in the top five for NOT how to run a public company....but if you want the NO. 1 CEO/CFO debacle...take a look at MSS. Last year they were the darlings ...several organizations had them listed as Top 100 growth companies...award after award for how to grow a company....THEN! OOOPS! Comes out that the CFO was cooking the books. Stock was halted for months to get out Q report...now halted again because they can't get books in order......GEEEEEEEEEEEEZ! How do these guys sleep at night?
