These deals were sitting in the pipeline forever just like Tom said on his call, everyone is like that. And peoplesoft got something with the govt. The next couple months are big for govt spending, and thats a robust sector. The bleeding has stopped and a tiny bit of hiring is happening in software, I'm hoping its the start of a turn. L
