Jack: The company's customer-base is its best asset. Yet, the market is discounting that it will erode. Time is fading away and Microsoft is chipping away. I am amazed that an acquirer would not be interested in the customer base alone. Something is fundamentally wrong. Which is obviously an understatement. Vip
