Re: That's funny. I ran the same models No, you didn't. You guys can try to make light of it, but there are some users who actually use computers and understand them. These are the dedicated customers for AMD. 15 years ago, I was fighting similar battles to bring in DOS on Intel 8088 - and, in the end, I was right. Others figured it out a little later, and both DOS and its follow ons and the 8088 and its follow ons did quite well. Now I am bringing in AMD boxes and Linux server software. There are others like me. Educated consumers are Intel's greatest threat.
