LLCf, depends on the volitility you are assuming but $2-$3 on a Black Shoals valuation is about right. Biomaven is the expert on this. Thus about a $3 million discount on a $45m investment. In this environment that is a superb result. If they waited until they were running out of money we would see a toxic convert.
