The mere fact that the Fed would need to slash 50more bp is good news for no one.You think the Banks enjoy these lower rates, not! The ,"let's go to the well again", and drain every ounce of blood we can out of housing and mortgage refinancing to keep this market alive is beginning to become a tired repetition, and a DANGEROUS repetition.
So let's say the low rates force money into the market, the fed is actually saying come one come all get into the Money Pit, we are doing our best to leave you no choice, we are so concerned for your well being.Yes, sure, no question, and pigs can fly.:) GD.
