He was talking about it with one of his camel-herding buddies. The video was found in an Afghani house, but it was never meant to be formally released to the public. Not by al Qaeda at least.

That's right......now I remember.

The point is that we didn't wait for that particular video to show up before kicking the Taliban's butt. It seems we already had all the evidence we needed. We just failed to connect the dots until after 9/11.

Didn't an Afghan provincial gov't invite us to come into Afghanistan? I think that's how we finessed it legally.

Don't you think we should maintain some legal decorum when invading other countries? We wouldn't want people to get the wrong idea and think we were some kind of Hitler or Stalin. <g>
